Two days had passed since the function ayesha kritika and shivi were engrossed in their studies and ayansh and rudra in their office work but shivansh still couldn't forget shivi he spent all his time thinking about her wherever he closed his eyes he saw her innocent face shivansh was restless, he just wanted to meet shivi somehow but he couldn't figure out how he had thought it was just an attraction but no it was something more than attraction and shivansh couldn't comprehend what it was
AT MORNING SINGHANIA MANSION
Ayansh rudra and shivansh went to the gym for their workout after their exercise they took a quick shower and headed to the dining hall for breakfast when all the family members were already present
" good morning everyone " the three of them greeted and everyone smiled returning their good morning
The trio settled into their chairs and began to eat breakfast in silence
Just then nitya ji exchanged a knowing glance with dhruv ji a silent signal passing between them dhruv ji responded with a subtle nod his eyes then shifting to ayansh a newfound purpose in their depths
" ayansh " dhruv ji began his voice calm yet firm " I've found a girl for you she is absolutely perfect and truly wonderful match for you and now we all believe it's time for you to finally settle down and get married "
The word hung in the air seemingly innocuous yet they triggered and immediate and dramatic reaction shivansh mid-bit erupted into a voilet fit of coughing a sudden chcked filling the quiet hall manvi even attention was by his side in an instant offering him a glass of water and gently rubbing his back her movement soothing and reassuring gradually the coughing subsided leaving him breathless
" I don't want to get married right now " ayansh started his voice devoid of any hesitation unyielding seriousness in his tone
" if not now, then when ayansh " dhruv ji countred a hint of exasperation creeping into his voice " when you're a gray haired old man, you are already 27 if you don't marry now when will you " a ripple of suppressed chuckles spread through the family their hands clamped over their mouths
" i said i won't get married now " ayansh repeated
Dhruv ji's expression hardened his eyes narrowing slightly " then fine " he declared his voice cutting through the tension " if that's your final decision then, resign from your ceo position today itself "
The words landed like a bombshell ayansh who had just had regained his compouse collective gasp rippled through the family their eyes wide with disbelief then exchanged stunned glances
" what did you say dad ? Resign ? " ayansh repeated his voice laced with a dangerous sarcasm bitter edge to his tone " i will not resign, I've achieved that position through my hardwork i will not give it up " he glared at dhruv ji his jaw clinched every muscle in his body taunt as he struggled to rein in his surging anger
" but i made you ceo and it's my company if i can make you ceo, i can remove u too " dhruv ji said " you have only two options say yes to marriage or resign from the eco position " dhruv ji's words were a clear command
" you can't blackmail me i'm your own son dad " ayansh protested a raw vulnerability in his voice
" preasely " because your my own son i'm thinking about your well being now tell me quickly will you marry or leave the ceo position " dhruv ji pressed
" beta whenever we think will be for your good won't you listen to your maa
Nitya ji said with feigned tears
" no i won't get married " ayansh declared his voice rising betraying the frustration bubbling with in him in sudden escalation in his tone ignited dhruv Ji's own temper he abruptly rose from his chair his eyes snapping to rudra
" rudra " dhruv ji commanded his voice sharp and anger " prepare ayansh's resignation letter I'm removing him from the ceo position today itself "
Hearing dhruv ji ayansh also rose from his chair in anger and grinding his teeth and said " fine I'll marry whoever you say "
With that ayansh stromed off in a rage his words left everyone a little surprised
" ayansh bhai abhi pakka kisi ko marne gye honge, par mujhe kya bhai ki to ab shadi hogi " shivansh said excitedly and a wide grin spreading across his face
He rose from his chair and threw his arms around nitya ji hugging her tightly " wahhhh mother india " he exclaimed a mischievous glint in his eyes " what an act you put on "
" oh darling " nitya ji playfully responded her eyes twinkling " I've been a master in acting since childhood "
" and what about all the hardwork i put in " dhruv ji lamented feinging profound sadness looking Pointedly at shivansh and nitya ji they however royally ignored him their expression radiating amusement the entire family unable to hold back any longer erupted into laughter
" but i have to give it to you dad " rudra remarked his voice filled with admiration " you really struck at bhai's weakness, you know didn't you that no matter what bhai would never give up his ceo position " dhruv ji simply nodded a knowing smile playing on his lips
" yes " dhruv ji confirmed his voice filled with a quiet pride " because that position is ayansh's it's the culmination of his relentless hardwork he reached that height through his own sheer dedication and capability and, i know that once something becomes ayansh's he never ever let go of it " a proud satisfied smile lit up dhruv ji's face a sentiment echoed by the beaming faces of the entire family
